Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Arabia Scents SA. We value our customers and strive to provide authentic, high-quality fragrances and excellent service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes, fragrance oils, and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund where applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used perfumes/fragrances
  • Fragrance oils that have been opened or tested
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for processing
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Arabia Scents SA.


Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
