All prices displayed on the Arabia Scents SA website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed or communicated before completion of the order.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.
If a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, Arabia Scents SA reserves the right to correct the error and cancel the affected order. Where payment has already been received, the customer will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable South African law.
5. VAT
Prices displayed on our website will be treated in accordance with applicable South African tax legislation.
Where Arabia Scents SA is required to charge VAT, the applicable VAT treatment will be reflected as required by law.

6. PLACING AN ORDER
Products can be ordered through the Arabia Scents SA website.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied when placing an order is complete and accurate, including:

If Arabia Scents SA cancels an order after cleared payment has been received, any amount due to the customer will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable South African law.
8. PAYMENT
Customers must pay the full amount due for their order before products are dispatched unless Arabia Scents SA expressly agrees otherwise.
The payment methods currently available will be displayed during checkout.
Where manual Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is selected, customers must use the banking details and payment reference supplied during checkout or on their order confirmation.
Customers should use the correct order number or payment reference when making an EFT to allow us to identify and allocate the payment.
Orders paid by manual EFT will only be processed for fulfilment once payment has been received and verified by Arabia Scents SA.
Arabia Scents SA may introduce additional secure payment methods or third-party payment providers from time to time. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Customers should never send their online banking password, PIN, OTP, CVV or other confidential banking credentials directly to Arabia Scents SA.
9. PAYMENT SECURITY
Where a payment is processed by a third-party payment service provider, the transaction may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms, security procedures and privacy practices.
Arabia Scents SA does not require customers to provide their confidential banking passwords or card PINs directly to us.
We take reasonable measures to use reputable ecommerce and payment infrastructure; however, customers are also responsible for protecting their own account credentials and devices.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Arabia Scents SA delivers orders in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
We currently operate primarily as an online retailer and use delivery/courier services to fulfil customer orders.
Applicable delivery fees will be displayed or communicated before the customer completes their purchase.
Estimated delivery periods are estimates rather than absolute guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, strikes, road closures, operational disruptions or other unforeseen events.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a contact number at which they can reasonably be reached.
Arabia Scents SA will not be responsible for delays caused by materially incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer, subject always to applicable South African law.

11. RISK DURING DELIVERY
Arabia Scents SA takes reasonable care when preparing and packaging orders for delivery.
If an order arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, contains an incorrect product or does not arrive as expected, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs of the parcel, packaging, shipping label and affected product so that we can investigate the matter with the courier or fulfilment provider.
Nothing in this section limits rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African law.
12. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with the Arabia Scents SA Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

13. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Qualifying claims will be dealt with in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable South African law.
14. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Arabia Scents SA as soon as possible.
We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests where reasonably possible.
If an order has already been packed, processed or dispatched, immediate cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return process may need to be followed.
Any cancellation rights granted to consumers under applicable South African legislation remain unaffected.
